TaskFlow

TaskFlow is a lightweight project management tool built with Next.js and Tailwind CSS. It supports real-time collaborative boards, keyboard-first navigation, and a clean API for integrating with other tools.

The focus was on speed: every interaction — dragging a card, filtering a board, switching projects — responds in under 50ms thanks to optimistic UI updates.
